My local around the pizzeria, so I'm gonna be impartial so sue me 😜! Love, the food, the place is SUPER clean, the decor is beautiful ever since the moved to their new location..very family friendly feel! Can't speak for any other pizza spot on the Island but I'll always recommend Pronto on Bay street over any on the Island 👍!

My work is all over on the Rd from Staten island all the way the way out deep Suffolk Long island to far out Westchester, etc. I stop at all different kind of pizza spots. This is one of the best looking and Insane selection/variety of pizza. Insane-Amazing Ambience. Movie Theater-Coca Cola machine (over 10+ flavors that can't be found anywhere else outside movie theaters, this did it for me. This was over the top. Talk about investing in your business and going outside the box). Extra legit!!!!!

I ordered an Buffalo chicken roll, calzone with spinach and zeppole. I was extremely disappointed with everything!! And when I called back to ask a question regarding my order the person was very rude. I will NOT go back. My first and last time at Pronto Pizza on Bay Street.

"On 06/30/2020 I had a pie delivery at my home & because I paid $6 in quarters, out of the whole $30 that I'd paid. Pronto's delivery man was yelling & giving me an attitude saying that Pronto Pizzeria doesn't accept quarters as a U.S. payment. Since when are any U.S. coins not accepted in America???!!!!"

It's only $2.50 for a regular slice and it tastes yummy 😋 not too much and not too little sauce and cheese, just the way I like it. 4 stars because they don't have soda cans, they carry bottles (too much soda) and fountaine soda which I don't advice anyone to drink it. I recommend this place

I placed an order and stepped aside to wait. The young lady that took my order never put the order in. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I realized other people had come in, placed an order and left. So I asked, how much longer, the nice young lady (Brunette) apologized and put my food in. The other young lady had walked away. There are too many pizza restaurants in the area where the customer service is much better.And I will tell every one who asks or is willing to listen, don't bother.

Surprisingly good food! I was super impressed with the pasta! I've eaten at 5 start places and have amazing cooks in my family...the broccoli garlic and oil with spaghetti was OUTSTANDING! Aldente pasta, broccoli not over cooked, nicely browned garlic and plenty of it, soupy...perfect actually. The portion was huge too. The pizza was delicious, the wings were kicken, the rice ball looked awesome and so did the other food but I was too full to taste anything else. Everybody took every morsel home. I'm craving them already!

placed an order over the phone, the lady had a girl with the worst attitude ever, EVER. After hanging up the phone my food missing a whole wrap. Dont listen show attitude and get your order wrong. The food is good though.

The last time we ordered the pizza it was burnt we order the chicken marsala it was burnt and messy and we even contacted them and the manager was soooo rude my childern couldn't even eat it.So,therefore 1 star.

I had not heard much about this place, but I loved everything we ordered! The staff was incredibly nice, and though some of the customers were entitled, the staff was so courteous. Would definitely recommend the tacos and pretty much everything else we tried on the menu.

Ordered for lunch and they forgot my soda and no sauce for my dry spinach roll. I’ve been a customer for all locations for a long time now and I wouldn’t have minded that they forgot the stuff if it wasn’t for how nasty the girl was on the phone when I called to ask for her to bring it to me. Hung up before I could even finish. Probably won’t be ordering from here ever again.

We tried the chicken & broccoli pasta dish, chicken franchese, uncle jimmy slice, buffalo chicken slice, upside down slice, chicken roll, and meatball - everything was outstanding. The chicken was especially perfect. It was cooked perfectly. It was juicy, full of flavor, texture was perfect, and you didn’t even need a knife to cut it. This is also one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever seen. One of the best pizzerias I’ve ever been in.

I tried this place twice. I ordered a Sicilian pie and a regular pie. The flavor wasn’t too great. Even little kids didn’t even enjoy it. The regular slices where paper thin. I don’t know how this place is so busy
